GCSE results by SMS
BBC News is reporting that this year some students living on Scottish islands will be able to receive their results by text message.
First they’ll need to reply ‘yes’ to a message sent out by the SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) to their mobile phone.
It’s a pilot scheme, and if these students think it worked well the authorities might look into introducing it in other places.
I still want my results to be retrievable online.
